North Carolina got a wonderful treat this week. Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge saw the birth of a new litter of Canis rufus, or red wolf, pups! Red wolves are critically endangered from hunting and habitat loss, but conservation programs are bringing them back. And these cuties show that those programs are so far successful.
